The 2025 San Diego Foundation SoCal Triple Crown
The San Diego Foundation SoCal Triple Crown is a fun and beautiful three-race series that shows off the best of San Diego and puts runners of all levels to the test. The series begins with the Carlsbad Marathon, Half Marathon & 5K in January, followed by the GOVX San Diego Half Marathon & 5K in March, and concludes with the America’s Finest City Half Marathon & 5K in August. Completing ANY distance in each of the three events within the same calendar year earns participants the coveted San Diego Foundation SoCal Triple Crown medal at the series’ final race in August. At AFC, the final race, Triple Crown finishers will be invited to a special area just for them featuring massages and other special treats!
Year-over-year San Diego Foundation SoCal Triple Crown finishers, AKA Streakers, will earn an extra medal in each consecutive year they participate in the San Diego Foundation SoCal Triple Crown series! Learn more about how to become a streaker here!
To be eligible for the 2025 San Diego Foundation SoCal Triple Crown, you MUST participate (either in person or virtually) in the Carlsbad Marathon, Half Marathon, or 5K on Sunday, January 19, 2025.
