Kate Sessions Park in Pacific Beach is a beautiful choice for a post-run picnic! Get some hill practice by running in the neighborhood around the park, or run by the water, and then drive up to the park. Talk about stunning city and bay views. It’s a peaceful place to unwind and watch the sunset.
Tidelands Park on Coronado is another perfect spot for groups or couples to run/walk and picnic. It’s an ideal place to get in 2-4 easy miles. It’s mostly flat and on the waterfront, with an easy turnaround at Centennial Park.
Mount Soledad is an excellent option for an intense stair workout and a fantastic view. Get your sweat on with your Valentine!
